Who We Are — Our Story
Whale Group is a technology company and startup developing AI agents. We are a focused team of experts who live and breathe Data Science and Artificial Intelligence. In 2025 we founded Whale because we identified a massive gap in the Israeli market: businesses were desperately seeking intelligent communication solutions, while their customers were suffering from outdated, frustrating chatbots.
We realized our expertise in building models, analyzing data, and understanding natural language could spark a revolution. Instead of spreading thin, we decided to focus all our capabilities on one thing: building and deploying next-generation AI assistants. We saw businesses paying thousands of shekels for chatbots that didn't work, and decided to build AI agents that genuinely sell, provide service, close deals, and improve business processes.
After many clients and 500,000+ processed messages, we realized that the CRMs we were connecting to weren't built for AI either. Legacy systems, human interfaces, zero memory between conversations.
So we built WhaleBiz — a CRM where agents are the primary users. The first system designed from the ground up for a digital worker, not a human one. As participants in AWS for Startups and official Meta technology providers (Meta Tech Provider), we are committed to the highest standards of reliability and technology. Our solutions are built exclusively on official, secure APIs — no shortcuts.
