Our Team

Meet the experts leading WhaleBiz. We combine experience, knowledge and passion for technology to deliver the most innovative solutions to our clients.

Here you meet the people. What WhaleBiz builds, why, and how we work with clients is on our about page.

How we work with clients

Behind every AI agent that goes live there are people. This is what it looks like from your side, from the first conversation to long after launch.

One project manager facing you

From the moment you decide to go ahead you have one contact: the project manager. They collect the material, coordinate the work with the engineers, send the payment link and answer when something is unclear. You never have to explain your business twice.

We start from the business, not the technology

Before we propose anything, we go through your business with you in a check-up: where enquiries come from, what customers ask and where enquiries get lost. Only then do we decide whether you need an agent, on which channels and on which plan.

A setup built and tested in-house

Our engineers build the agent, connect the channels and the calendar, and write the connections to your systems in our own code. Before launch the agent is tested on real questions from your customers. Setup time is counted from the day we have all the material.

The first month after launch

In the first month your notes are collected into one list, and each such round is handled in full within 3 business days. The subscription starts on launch day, when you already see a working agent, not on the day you pay.

Ongoing support

After launch we keep working together: changes to the agent according to your plan, fault fixing with no limit and no charge, and whatever you configure yourself in the system is not counted at all. New work, such as a connection to another system, gets a quote before it starts.

In your language

The team works in Hebrew, Russian and English, and so do the agents we build: they answer your customers in the language they wrote in.

What exactly setup and support include, and what is priced separately, is on the setup and support page.
