Marketing analytics: where your customers come from, from ad to payment
Not another click report. One screen that shows which ad, post or article brought a conversation, a booking and a payment, and what each customer cost. Every week it turns into decisions: what to boost, what to write and what to fix.
What the analytics shows
One screen for every number
Google Ads, Meta, your site (Google Analytics and Search Console), your Google Business Profile, social networks and newsletters, in one place with the same definitions. No six tabs.
The full path of each customer
Ad or post, site visit, conversation with the agent, booking and payment. You see where people stop, not only how many came in.
Cost per lead and per booking
What an enquiry and a booking cost from each channel and campaign, based on what happened in the CRM and not on the ad platform's estimate.
Source and campaign for every lead
Each enquiry is saved with the channel, campaign and page it came from, plus a mark of how sure that attribution is.
A weekly journal of conclusions
Once a week the numbers become a few lines: what to boost, what to write about and what to fix in the AI agent's answers.
A monthly report
A plain-language monthly summary: what brought customers, what cost too much and what changes next month.
Conversions back to the platforms
Leads, bookings and payments go back to Google Ads and Meta as conversions, so their algorithms learn to bring more customers like these, not more clicks.
What happens in conversations
How many enquiries got an answer, how many became a booking and where customers drop out of the chat. That is where fixes to the agent come from.
How it works
- 1
We connect the accounts: Google Ads, Meta, Google Analytics, Search Console and your Google Business Profile, and install tracking tags on your site that respect visitors' cookie consent.
- 2
We tag every ad, post and link, so each enquiry that reaches the agent or a form enters the CRM with its source.
- 3
Every week our team writes the journal of conclusions: what worked, what did not and what we suggest changing.
- 4
You approve in one message. A budget change or a boosted post happens only with your approval and within limits you set.
- 5
Once a month you get a report, and conversions keep flowing back to the ad platforms.
Connected to sales: the numbers end at payment, not at a click
Most reports stop at what the platform sees: impressions, clicks, maybe a form. Here measurement carries on into the conversation, the calendar and the till, because they are all in one system.
- 1
A conversation with the AI agent on WhatsApp, your website or in Instagram DMs and comments creates a CRM row with its source.
- 2
A booking in the calendar and a payment through a link in the chat update the same card, so you see which campaign brought money, not just enquiries.
- 3
Those conversions go back to Google Ads and Meta, and your ads train on real customers.
- 4
The journal of conclusions decides what to boost in ads, what to write about in content and what to fix in the agent.
Attribution is only as precise as the trail the customer leaves: someone who saw an ad and later typed your name into Google will not always be credited to the ad, so every attribution is marked with how sure it is.

Frequently asked questions
How is marketing analytics different from Google Analytics for business?
Google Analytics shows what happened on your site: visits, pages, forms. It does not see what happened on WhatsApp, whether a booking was made or whether the customer paid. Here Google Analytics is one source among several, next to ads, social, conversations and the CRM, so the path runs all the way to payment.
How do you measure return on ad spend?
Take what a campaign cost and compare it with revenue from the customers it brought. That only works when every lead is saved with its source and the payment is recorded on the same card, which is exactly what the system does. When a source is uncertain it is marked as such and not counted as if it were sure.
How is cost per lead calculated?
Divide the spend on a channel or campaign by the number of real enquiries it brought into the CRM, not by the clicks or conversions the platform reports. Cost per booking is calculated the same way, and it is usually the number that actually matters.
What is conversion tracking and why does it matter?
Conversion tracking tells the ad platform what happened after the click: an enquiry, a booking, a payment. Without it Google Ads and Meta learn to bring cheap clicks. With it they learn to bring people who actually book. We set up the tags in Google Analytics, the Meta pixel and Google Ads conversions.
Can we measure Google and Facebook campaigns in one place?
Yes. Both accounts connect to the same screen, and enquiries from both land in the same CRM. You compare cost per lead and per booking between Google and Meta by one definition, instead of two reports that each count differently.
Do you need access to our ad accounts?
Yes, access to your accounts. They stay yours, and a budget change or a boosted post happens only with your approval and within limits you set. The ad budget is paid directly to the platforms.
How much does marketing analytics cost?
It depends on how many channels and platforms you use and what is already connected. A free business check-up shows what exists and what is missing, and we give you a price. The ad budget itself is paid to the platforms separately.
