Threads for business: AI-run Threads management and automatic publishing
Threads management for a business means showing up in Meta's conversation network on a steady rhythm: the AI writes short posts, questions for your audience, carousels and videos, and publishes them automatically on your account once you approve the week. You see the views, replies and shares each post got.
Threads in the autonomous sales system
The same system attracts customers from Threads, answers them and sells, and the CRM shows what brought each one.

What Threads management with WhaleBiz includes
Short posts that start a conversation
Threads is text first: up to 500 characters a post. We write a question, a take or a tip from your field, worded to invite a reply rather than read like an ad.
A topic tag on every post
Instead of hashtags, Threads allows one topic per post, and people browse by topic. The AI picks a broad topic people actually follow, such as small business or skincare.
Carousels and video
When an idea needs a picture, it goes out as a carousel of up to 20 images or a video of up to 5 minutes. Usually from the material already made for Reels, cut to suit Threads.
Sharing to your Instagram Story
When your Threads account is linked to Instagram, a text post you pick can also go out as an Instagram Story, so followers who never open Threads still see it.
Links that work
Up to 5 links per post, and the first becomes a preview card. A post about an article or a service leads straight to its page on your site, or to a WhatsApp chat.
One weekly approval
Once a week you get all of next week's posts: approve, drop a post or ask for different wording. What you approve goes out at the set time.
Stats per post
Views, likes, replies, shares and quotes for every post, plus follower growth over time. You see which kind of post starts a conversation, and get more of it.
Replies to comments
When someone replies, the AI agent answers in your business's voice: on its own, or after you approve each answer. Abusive replies can be hidden.
How it works
- 1
A short check-up: we see whether you already have Threads and Instagram accounts, who the audience is and what is worth talking about, and agree on a posting rhythm.
- 2
The AI writes the week's posts from your business's one content source: an article, a question customers ask, something that happened at work.
- 3
You approve the week in one message, and the posts go out on Threads automatically at the set times.
- 4
Whoever replies gets an answer in your business's voice. Anyone who wants details moves to WhatsApp, where the AI agent answers and the lead is saved in the CRM.
- 5
Once a week you see which posts started a conversation, and the next week is built from that.
Threads rewards conversation, not advertising
A polished post with a beautiful picture works on Instagram. On Threads what lasts is a post people want to answer. So it is written differently:
- 1
An open question or a choice between two options brings more replies than a statement, and conversation is what this network is built around.
- 2
The same idea is not copied from Instagram: there it is a carousel, here it is two sharp lines and a question at the end.
- 3
The conversation under the post is part of the job: the AI agent replies to every comment, on its own or after you approve, whichever you choose.
- 4
When someone wants details or an appointment, the link leads to WhatsApp: there the AI agent answers 24/7, in any language, and the enquiry is saved in the CRM with Threads as its source.
- 5
We never publish on Israeli memorial days: 7 October, Holocaust Remembrance Day, Memorial Day and Yom Kippur. The calendar pauses on its own.
What is not possible on Threads: there is no API for private messages, so there is no agent answering DMs. We also do not buy followers or promise a follower count.
How much does it cost?
The price depends on the amount of content and the networks. Threads is usually built from the content already made for Instagram, so it adds presence without starting from zero. You get an exact quote after a short free check-up.

Threads for business FAQ
What is Threads for business?
Threads is Meta's network for short posts and conversation, next to Instagram and Facebook. For a business it is a place to be part of the everyday conversation: tips, questions for the audience, behind the scenes. Threads management with WhaleBiz means the AI writes the posts, you approve once a week, and they go out automatically on time.
Do I need an Instagram account to run Threads for my business?
Most businesses open Threads through their Instagram account, and that link is also an advantage: a Threads text post can be shared as an Instagram Story to reach the followers you already have there. We connect through the official Threads API.
Can the AI agent answer private messages on Threads?
No. Threads has no API for private messages, so no system can answer DMs there through an official route. What is possible, and works, is replying to comments under your posts: the AI agent replies on its own, or you approve each reply before it goes out.
Do you use hashtags on Threads?
Threads has one topic per post instead of a list of hashtags. People follow topics and browse them, so the AI picks a broad, familiar topic rather than a business slogan.
Does a link in a post hurt reach on Threads?
In 2025 the head of Instagram said Meta had stopped holding back link posts on Threads. A post can carry up to 5 links, and the first is shown as a card. Still, a post should give value without the click, so the link comes at the end and not instead of the content.
How often should a business post on Threads?
There is no magic number. Threads moves faster than Instagram and a short post ages quickly, so a steady rhythm works better than a one-off burst. We start with a pace your content can sustain and adjust it by the stats.
Is Threads worth it for a small business in Israel?
If your audience is already on Instagram, Threads adds little work because it is built from the same content. If after a few weeks the stats show no response there, we will tell you and move the effort to a network that works.
What is the difference between Threads and X (Twitter)?
Both are short-text networks. Threads allows up to 500 characters, links at no extra cost and a link to Instagram. X allows 280 characters, and use of its API is billed per post. The content is written for each one separately, never copied.
