Build an autonomous sales system

WhaleBiz is an Israeli AI startup that grew out of a successful agency practice into a B2B SaaS platform. We are pre-seed, launching our Beta, and everyone on the team sees their work reach real customers within days.

Who we are

WhaleBiz is an autonomous sales system. Most small businesses don't have a sales department - they have an owner answering messages between other jobs, and leads going cold in the gap. Our system owns the full cycle instead: it picks up the lead, qualifies it, answers from the business's real pricing and policies, handles objections, books the appointment, sends the payment link and follows up.

It runs on our own AI-native CRM, because the CRMs that exist were never designed for AI to work inside them.

Open positions

Two roles open right now. Both remote, full-time or part-time.

The AI Solutions Specialist owns the customer's journey from first conversation to a live, working AI agent. This is a hybrid role by design - part sales, part implementation, part product - and it sits at the point where we learn the most about our own product.

Day to day, you will

  • Run discovery calls and demos with incoming leads, and close them
  • Own onboarding end to end: provision the customer's tenant, connect their channels, and get their agent live
  • Analyze each client's workflows and configure, prompt and tune AI agents against real business objectives
  • Build and maintain the knowledge base each agent answers from
  • Stay the point of contact for 5-15 accounts running in parallel, monitoring agent performance and demonstrating measurable impact
  • Feed what you learn from customers directly back into the product roadmap

What we are looking for

  • Professional-level Russian and Hebrew. Our customers work in both, and this is a hard requirement, not a nice-to-have.
  • English strong enough to read technical documentation and work comfortably in English-language tools.
  • A real working understanding of LLMs: how models differ from one another, what context and prompting actually do, why models hallucinate, and what RAG is for.
  • Strong analytical skills - you can sit with a business owner, map how their operation actually runs, and translate that into an agent configuration.
  • Excellent communication: you can explain a generative AI system to a clinic manager in language they'll act on, and run a client-facing demo without notes.
  • Customer-facing instincts - responsiveness, ownership, and the patience to build a relationship over months rather than close and disappear.
  • Comfort with SaaS products and SMB business operations.
  • A degree in business, engineering, information systems or similar - OR equivalent practical experience. We care about what you can do.

What this role is not

We are not looking for a no-code automation builder. n8n, Make and Zapier are not what we do here. Understanding how the models themselves behave matters far more to us than any workflow tool.

This is a fully remote role, open to full-time or part-time. What you decide will show up in the product within days.

The AI / Full-Stack Engineer builds and ships end-to-end features of the WhaleBiz platform.

Day to day, you will

  • Build features across the stack - APIs, back-end services and front-end interfaces
  • Build and maintain channel integrations: Meta / WhatsApp Cloud API, Telegram, web chat, webhooks
  • Implement and refine the AI workflows themselves - prompting, RAG, and evaluating what the agents actually do in production
  • Work with cloud services and data pipelines, and keep live customer deployments reliable, performant and secure

What we are looking for

  • Full-stack ability: TypeScript with React / Next.js on the front end, and Python and/or Node on the back end.
  • PostgreSQL and solid data modeling. REST APIs. AWS.
  • Hands-on work with LLM-based systems: integrating model APIs, designing agent workflows, and evaluating output quality - not just calling a chat endpoint once.
  • Experience with third-party integrations, and ideally with messaging platforms (Meta, web chat, social messengers) or conversational AI.
  • Code that has actually run in production. A living side project counts.
  • Professional-level Russian and Hebrew - the team and the customers run on both. This is a hard requirement.
  • Technical English.
  • The ability to work remotely with real ownership and without supervision.
  • A degree in Computer Science or Engineering - OR equivalent practical experience. Students welcome.

This is a fully remote role, open to full-time or part-time. Your code reaches real customers in days, not quarters - with everything good and uncomfortable that implies.
