LinkedIn marketing for business: a company Page that posts regularly
LinkedIn marketing with WhaleBiz is management of your company Page: AI writes professional posts from what the business knows, adds an image or a short video and publishes them on the Page on a weekly calendar you approve. Company Page only, in the business's name, without touching anyone's personal profile.
LinkedIn in the autonomous sales system
The same system attracts customers from LinkedIn, answers them and sells, and the CRM shows what brought each one.

What LinkedIn marketing with WhaleBiz includes
Posts in the company's name
Every post goes out from the company Page, not your personal feed. The voice is the business's: what you learned, what changed in your field and what it means for your clients.
Content from what you already know
An article from your site, a question a client asked, a finished project: AI turns them into a post that makes sense without clicking any link.
During your audience's working hours
The Israeli working week starts on Sunday, the international one on Monday. The calendar is timed to whoever you want to reach, so a post does not land on their weekend.
In the reader's language
Local clients read Hebrew; tech, investors and clients abroad usually read English. AI writes in any language, and two languages can run side by side.
An image or a short video
Posts with an image or video in your brand's design: the team, the process, a chart from real work. No stock photos everyone has seen a thousand times.
A Page that helps you hire
A candidate who checks the company before an interview sees what you are doing now, not a last post from a year ago.
Weekly approval
Once a week you get next week's posts in one message. On LinkedIn this matters more than anywhere, because every sentence on the Page reads as the company's official position.
What the posts brought
Impressions, comments, new Page followers and how many people went on to your site or a chat, plus which topics interest your professional audience.
How it works
- 1
A check-up: who you sell to, who makes the decision at the client and which language they read.
- 2
We set a few recurring topics for the Page: expertise, behind the scenes, projects (with the client's consent) and hiring.
- 3
AI writes the week's posts from your material, and you approve them in one message.
- 4
The posts go up on the company Page on the calendar, on the agreed days and hours.
- 5
A weekly summary: which post brought comments, Page followers and enquiries, and what to write next.
What LinkedIn allows, and what it does not
LinkedIn keeps stricter rules than other networks, so it is worth knowing up front what the system does and does not do:
- 1
Posts go up on the company Page automatically through LinkedIn's official API, on the calendar you approved.
- 2
The AI agent replies to comments on your company Page posts, on its own or after you approve each reply, whichever you choose. Details are on the LinkedIn comment replies page.
- 3
Messages sent to a company Page cannot be answered automatically: they are answered from the Page inbox, and we help with the wording.
- 4
We do not automate personal profiles, because LinkedIn's rules forbid automated activity on personal accounts. Employees can reshare a Page post themselves, in one click.
- 5
Whoever clicks a link in a post lands on your site or WhatsApp, where the AI agent answers, and the CRM records that the enquiry came from LinkedIn.
What we do not do: we do not buy followers, we do not send mass messages and we do not write in people's names. On Israeli memorial days and on 7 October the Page does not post.
How much does it cost?
The price depends on how many posts a week and in how many languages. We start with a short free check-up, and then you get an exact quote.

LinkedIn marketing FAQ
What is LinkedIn marketing for business?
Regular professional content on your LinkedIn company Page, so business clients, partners and candidates see that the business is active and knows its field. With us, AI writes the posts, you approve them once a week, and they go up on the Page on a calendar.
Why only a company Page and not my personal profile?
Because LinkedIn's terms forbid automated activity on personal accounts, such as messages, comments and connection requests, and an account caught doing it can be restricted. Besides, the company Page stays with the business when an employee leaves. From your personal profile you can reshare Page posts in one click.
Do the posts go up on the Page automatically?
Yes, on the calendar you approved, through LinkedIn's official API. All you do is approve the week.
What do we need to get started?
A LinkedIn company Page (if you do not have one, we set it up together) and an admin role on it, Super admin or Content admin, to connect the Page to automatic publishing. The role is granted and removed in the Page settings at any time.
Which language should we use on LinkedIn in Israel?
Whichever your readers use. If your clients are Israeli businesses, Hebrew. If you are addressing tech, investors or clients abroad, usually English. Two languages work too, each timed to its own audience's working week.
Who answers messages and comments on the Page?
The AI agent replies to comments on Page posts, on its own or after you approve each reply. LinkedIn does not allow messages to a Page to be answered automatically, so they are answered from the Page inbox. Anyone who moves from a post to your site or WhatsApp gets an instant answer from the AI agent.
Does this suit a business that sells to consumers?
Usually less. LinkedIn fits when your client is a business, when you are hiring, or when you offer professional services such as a law firm, an accountant or a consultant. A clinic or a studio will gain more from Instagram and the Google Business Profile, and we will say so in the check-up.
How is organic LinkedIn marketing different from paid ads?
Organic marketing is regular posts on the Page, without paying LinkedIn for reach. Paid ads buy reach to an audience by job title, company and industry, and have their own page. A post that worked organically is a good candidate for promotion.
