Facebook ads: Facebook campaign management that ends in a booking
Facebook campaigns that reach people in Feed, Marketplace and video, and end in a conversation, not a click. Whoever taps gets an answer from the AI agent on WhatsApp within seconds, an instant-form lead lands straight in the CRM, and you see which ad brought which customer.
Facebook in the autonomous sales system
The same system attracts customers from Facebook, answers them and sells, and the CRM shows what brought each one.
What Facebook ad management includes
Every Facebook placement
Feed, Marketplace, the right column on desktop, in-stream video and Facebook Stories. We check where your audience actually responds, and switch off a placement that eats budget without bringing enquiries.
Lead forms with a qualifying question
A lead ad opens an instant form inside Facebook, without leaving for a website. Its known weakness is people who submit without real intent, so we add one question that filters, such as when they want to start, and flag the warm leads.
From the form to the CRM and a chat
Every instant-form lead is recorded in the CRM automatically, with the ad name and the answer to the qualifying question. A follow-up can go out on WhatsApp in the same minute, while they still remember leaving their details.
Ads that open WhatsApp or Messenger
A click-to-WhatsApp or click-to-Messenger ad opens a chat instead of a form. On WhatsApp the AI agent replies from the first second, finds out what is needed and offers a time, and on Messenger the same agent replies on the Business plan.
Local and older audiences
Much of the older and local audience is on Facebook: parents, homeowners, people looking for a professional near home. We target a radius around the business and pick a message that speaks the neighbourhood's language.
Advantage+ versus manual setup
Meta pushes the automatic audiences and placements of Advantage+. Sometimes that works very well, and sometimes it spreads the money over the wrong people. We run both approaches side by side and keep the one that brings enquiries.
Retargeting people who showed interest
Someone who visited the site, watched a video or liked the page sees an ad that picks up where they stopped. Existing customers from the CRM are excluded, when your privacy policy allows it.
Pixel and Conversions API
The Meta pixel in the browser and the Conversions API from the server, so an enquiry and a booking are counted even when the browser blocks tracking, and the algorithm learns from people who booked, not from people who only clicked.
How we start on Facebook
- 1
Free check-up: we go through the business ad account, the campaigns that already ran and the leads they brought, and pick one goal: WhatsApp chats, forms or bookings.
- 2
We install the pixel and the Conversions API, connect the instant forms and WhatsApp to the CRM, and build retargeting audiences and a radius around the business.
- 3
We write the lead form with its qualifying question and prepare images, carousels and videos for Feed, Marketplace and Stories. The plan and the daily budget go live only after you approve them.
- 4
For the first two weeks we run Advantage+ against a manual setup, and a WhatsApp ad against a form, to learn what works for you rather than for the market average.
- 5
Every week a short summary arrives: how many enquiries each ad brought, how many became a booking, and what we suggest changing. Your answer is a single message.
What happens after someone taps a Facebook ad
On Facebook the budget is usually lost not in the ad but after it: a form lead nobody called, a Messenger message answered the next day. So the ad is connected to the same system that replies, records and measures.
- 1
An instant-form lead appears in the CRM within minutes, with the answer to the qualifying question, so the team knows whom to call first.
- 2
A click-to-WhatsApp ad opens a chat the AI agent runs on its own, Saturday night included, handing over to a person only when one is really needed.
- 3
A question like "how much is it?" under the ad gets a reply on the spot, and anything personal moves to a private message (on the Business plan).
- 4
Someone who opened the form and did not send it, or started a chat and disappeared, goes back into the retargeting list instead of getting lost.
- 5
The "From ad to booking" performance report, a separate service on Standard and Business, links every WhatsApp chat to the ad that brought it, even when someone else runs the campaigns.
What we do not promise: a number of leads or a cost per lead in advance, and certainly not that every form lead becomes a customer. The budget is paid to Meta on the card linked to your account, and it does not go up without approval.
How much does Facebook campaign management cost?
There is no fixed price list, because one campaign for a lead form and five campaigns with retargeting are different work. After the free check-up you get a quote as a single number. The Meta budget is paid separately and stays under your control. The agent replying on Messenger and in comments, and in-chat payments, are part of the Business plan.

Frequently asked questions
How much does Facebook advertising cost?
The payment splits in two. You pay the media budget to Meta directly, on the card linked to the ad account, and you decide how much. We price the management after the check-up, by the number of campaigns, forms and audiences, and by whether the agent already answers you on WhatsApp.
Why do Facebook lead forms sometimes bring irrelevant leads?
Because the form is pre-filled with profile details, so it is too easy to send without thinking. What helps: one question that forces a choice, a "higher intent" form with a review screen, and a fast reply. A lead who gets a message within minutes remembers filling it in; a lead who gets a call two days later usually does not.
What is the difference between a boosted Facebook post and a campaign?
A boosted post (the "Boost" button) promotes an existing post with basic settings. A campaign in Ads Manager gives control over the objective, audiences, exclusions and tracking. We use both: a post that already did well organically gets boosted, and the actual selling runs in campaigns.
Which is better in Facebook Ads: a WhatsApp ad or a lead form?
It depends on what you sell. A WhatsApp ad brings a live chat the agent continues at once, and suits customers who have questions before they decide. A form brings more details for less effort, and suits a team that closes by phone. In the first weeks we run both and compare how many from each reached a booking.
Should I switch on Advantage+ in Facebook campaigns?
Sometimes. Advantage+ lets Meta choose the audience and placements itself, which works well when there are enough conversions for the algorithm to learn from. For a small business with few enquiries a month it can scatter the budget. So we start with a side-by-side test and decide by the numbers.
Why do I need the Conversions API if I already have a pixel?
Some browsers and ad blockers stop the pixel from reporting, and on iPhone some users decline tracking. The Conversions API sends the event from the server, so Meta sees more of the real enquiries and bookings and learns from them. We set it up as part of the launch.
Facebook ads for business: whose account do the ads run in?
In your ad account, inside your own Meta business account. The account, the pixel and the audiences stay yours, even if you stop working with us.
Who approves the budget and the ads?
You do. Once a week you get a summary with recommendations, and you approve, switch off or ask for a fix in one message. No budget increase and no new boost happens without your approval or beyond the limits you set.
