LinkedIn comment replies, on your company Page

AI LinkedIn comment replies means every comment on your company Page posts gets a to-the-point answer in the commenter's language, and anyone interested in what you sell is invited to an intro call in your calendar or to WhatsApp. Company Page comments only.

LinkedIn in the autonomous sales system

The same system attracts customers from LinkedIn, answers them and sells, and the CRM shows what brought each one.

What the AI does in LinkedIn comments

A reply to every Page comment

The AI reads comments on your company Page posts and drafts a reply in your company's voice: to the point, peer to peer, no "Great post!" and no row of emojis.

Customer, candidate or vendor

On LinkedIn the comments also come from job seekers, recruiters and vendors pitching their services. The AI spots who is interested in what you sell and points everyone else to the right place, like a careers page or an email address.

An intro call in your calendar

When you sell to businesses, the next step is usually a call. When there is interest, the reply offers a link to book a call in your calendar, or to move to WhatsApp.

Keeps the thread alive

A LinkedIn post lives on the conversation underneath it. When the Page answers quickly and to the point, people keep replying, and the thread is never left with an open question.

In any language

On LinkedIn you hear from customers in Israel and abroad, not always in the language of the post. The reply is written in the commenter's language, from the same business information.

A person stays in control

You decide what goes out on its own and what waits for approval. Criticism, a question about a complex quote or a journalist's enquiry reach you as a draft and are never sent on their own.

Every lead in the CRM

Whoever books a call or moves to WhatsApp is saved in WhaleBiz CRM with the post they came from, and the proposal, follow-up and reminders carry on from there.

How it works

  1. 1

A short check-up: we look at your company Page posts, who comments on them and what they ask.

  2. 2

An admin of your company Page approves the connection through LinkedIn, no password.

  3. 3

We set the tone, where customers go and where candidates and vendors go, and what always goes to a person.

  4. 4

Comments get answered, and whoever moves forward lands in your calendar, on WhatsApp and in the CRM.

How a LinkedIn comment becomes a meeting

On LinkedIn buyers almost never write "how much?" under a post. They ask a professional question, agree or push back, and that is the opening to start a conversation with someone who may well make the decision at their company.

  1. 1

The first reply addresses the substance, in public, because other readers judge your expertise by it.

  2. 2

When there is interest, the reply offers exactly one step: a short call in your calendar, or carrying on via WhatsApp.

  3. 3

On WhatsApp or a form, the AI agent collects the details and asks the fit questions you set: company size, what they need and when.

  4. 4

The CRM opens a card with the post and the comment that started it all, so whoever takes the call knows what was said.

What is not possible: LinkedIn does not allow messages sent to a company Page to be answered automatically, so they are answered in the Page inbox, and we help you organise how they are handled. We do not connect personal profiles: LinkedIn's rules forbid automation on a personal account, and yours is not worth the risk. Interested people move on to a conversation channel, and how to choose one is explained in the WhaleBiz channels overview.

How much does it cost?

LinkedIn comment replies are not part of the fixed plans, so we connect them on request, alongside a WhatsApp or website agent that receives whoever is interested. The price is set after a short, free check-up.

Frequently asked questions

Does the AI also answer messages sent to the company Page?

No. LinkedIn does not allow messages sent to a company Page to be answered automatically. Page messages are answered in the Page inbox, and we help you organise how they are handled. The AI works on the comments on your Page posts.

Can I connect my personal profile?

No. LinkedIn's User Agreement forbids automation on a personal account, and a restricted account is too high a price to pay. Comments on posts from your personal profile stay with you.

What about job seekers and recruiters in the comments?

The AI recognises them and does not pass them to sales. A job seeker gets a polite reply pointing to your careers page or the email you set, and a vendor or recruiter gets a similar pointer, so your calendar stays for customers.

Won't the replies sound like a bot?

That is exactly what the tone settings are for. The reply is short, answers the question and responds to what the person actually wrote. A generic "Thanks for your comment!" never goes out, and a sensitive reply waits for a person.

Which language does the AI reply in on LinkedIn?

Any language: the reply is written in the language of the comment. A Hebrew post that gets a question in English from an investor or a customer abroad gets an English answer, from the same business information.

Who has to approve the connection?

An admin of your LinkedIn company Page grants the permission. We never ask for a password, and the permission can be revoked at any time.

Want LinkedIn comments to turn into calls?

A short, free check-up: we look at your company Page posts and who comments on them, and show how to turn that into calls in your calendar and cards in the CRM.
