Google Business Profile management that brings calls and visits
Google Business Profile management is part of the WhaleBiz autonomous sales system. Your profile, formerly Google My Business, is the first thing people see when they look you up on Maps: every week the AI prepares posts, photos, draft replies to reviews and accurate details, and you approve it all in one message. A tap on WhatsApp in the profile leads straight to the AI agent.
Profile management and Google Maps visibility: what is included
Weekly profile posts
An update, an offer, a new article or an event goes up on the profile every week, so searchers see a business that is open and active.
Fresh photos
Real photos of the place, the team and the work, instead of one old picture someone uploaded years ago.
A reply to every review
The AI drafts a reply to every review, and you approve it before it goes up, including when the review is negative.
Review requests to happy customers
After an appointment that took place, a customer who agreed to hear from you gets a direct review link on WhatsApp. A steady process, not a one-off campaign.
Profile stats
Calls, direction requests, website clicks and the searches you appeared in, every week on one screen with your other channels.
What people keep asking
We add what customers keep asking to the profile: parking, accessibility, languages and payment, so the answer is there before they ask.
Consistent details everywhere
The same hours, address and phone on Google, your website and Facebook, with holiday hours updated before the holiday, not after.
From the map straight to a chat
A WhatsApp button and a website link on the profile lead to the AI agent. Google closed profile chat in 2024, so this is how you answer people who found you on Maps.
How it works
- 1
A profile check-up: categories, services, hours, photos and reviews that never got a reply.
- 2
We fix the basics: accurate details, services, photos and replies to the open reviews.
- 3
Every week we prepare a post, photos and reply drafts for new reviews, and you approve it all in one message.
- 4
After every appointment that took place, a customer who agreed to hear from you gets a review request, and the profile numbers go into the weekly summary.
Google Maps as part of the sales system
Whoever looks you up on Google Maps already wants the service. The profile is connected to the same system that answers, books and measures:
- 1
A tap on WhatsApp or your website from the profile reaches the AI agent, which replies 24/7 in any language and books the appointment.
- 2
Profile links are tagged, so the CRM shows which enquiry came from Google Maps.
- 3
The review request goes out after an appointment that actually took place according to the CRM, not to your whole contact list.
- 4
Calls, direction requests and clicks from the profile sit on one screen with your ads, social media and website.
What we do not promise: a position on Google Maps or in search. Ranking is Google's call and also depends on how far the searcher is. We never buy reviews, write fake ones or offer a perk in exchange for a review: that breaks Google's rules and puts the profile at risk.
How much does it cost?
The price depends on the state of the profile and what we connect to it. We start with a short free profile check-up, and then you get an exact quote.

Google Business Profile FAQ
What is Google My Business, and how is it different from Google Business Profile?
They are the same thing. Google My Business is the old name, and today the service is called Google Business Profile. It is the business card that shows on Google Maps and in search: hours, phone, photos, reviews and posts.
How do you rank higher on Google Maps?
According to Google, local ranking depends mainly on three things: how relevant the business is to the search, how far the searcher is, and how well known the business is, for example through reviews. Distance is out of your hands. The rest is not: a complete, accurate profile, photos, regular posts and real reviews that get replies. That is what we do, without promising a position.
How do you reply to a negative Google review?
Quickly, politely and to the point: thank the customer, address what happened without arguing and offer to continue in private. Never reveal details about the customer, and at a clinic certainly no medical details. We prepare a draft and you approve it before it goes up.
Can I delete a Google review?
A business owner cannot delete a review. If it breaks Google's policies, for example spam, abusive content or a review from someone who was never a customer, you can report it and ask for a check. In every other case a good reply does more than a deletion would.
How do you ask customers for Google reviews?
Send a direct review link at the right moment: after an appointment that took place, while the experience is fresh. With us it goes out automatically on WhatsApp based on the CRM, only to customers who agreed to receive messages from you. Never offer a discount or a gift in exchange for a review: Google's rules forbid it.
What is the difference between managing the profile and advertising on Google Maps?
Managing the profile is the organic work: details, photos, posts and reviews. Advertising on Google Maps is a paid ad shown on Maps through Google Ads. They work better together, and the paid side is on the Google Ads page.
How much does Google Business Profile management cost?
It depends on the state of the profile, the amount of content and what we connect to it. If you add ads, the budget is paid directly to Google, separately. We give the price after a short free check-up.
Want to know how your Google profile is doing?
