AI agent for beauty salons: bookings on WhatsApp and Instagram
Every "how much is it?"ends in a booked slot
The agent answers your clients on WhatsApp and Instagram while your hands are busy with a treatment: it quotes a range from your own price list, offers an open slot, sends a deposit link and reminds the client the day before. For cosmeticians, laser hair removal, nails, brows and lashes, hair salons and barbers.

Messages arrive exactly when you're mid-treatment
Gloves on, wax warming, the laser running, and the phone keeps buzzing. People who don't get an answer within a few minutes send the same question to the next studio. The agent answers for you, takes the conversation all the way to a booking, and leaves you the part you're best at: the treatment.
Asked the price and vanished?
The agent does not just throw out a number. It asks which area, what hair length or which type of polish, gives a range from your price list and offers an open slot right away, so the chat moves towards a booking instead of ending in "thanks, I'll think about it".
A deposit that locks in the slot
On the Business plan the deposit link goes out in the same conversation, under your cancellation policy. A client who has paid a deposit is far less likely to forget, so a 90-minute evening slot is not lost to "I forgot I booked".
Clients come back for the next session
A laser series runs for months, nail fills come round every few weeks and a haircut every month. The CRM knows when it is time and messages clients who agreed to hear from you with a suggested slot, before they book the next one at someone else's salon.
Answers after you close
Plenty of salon enquiries are written in the evening, from the sofa, right after watching a reel. The agent answers at ten at night too, and in the morning you find bookings in the calendar, not a pile of messages waiting for a reply.
How we set it up for you
Load your price list and treatments
You send us your price list, packages, how long each treatment takes, before and after instructions and your cancellation policy. Anything priced as a range stays a range, and the agent never invents a discount.
Connect the calendar you already use
EasyBizy has a public API for checking availability, creating a client record and booking, and we build the connector for each client separately. Google Calendar connects directly. With Tor4You and other systems without an open connection, the agent takes the client all the way to the booking and hands it to you to confirm.
Reply, slot and deposit in one chat
WhatsApp booking for your salon, and on the right plan Instagram DMs as well: the agent replies, offers a slot, sends a deposit link and a reminder the day before.
Follow-ups that bring clients back
Every conversation is saved in WhaleBiz CRM with a summary. From there go the reminder for the next session in a series, a nudge to anyone who did not finish paying, and a Google review request after a visit that took place.
For every beauty business, with its own season
Laser hair removal
The same questions every time: price per area, how many sessions, does it hurt, what about a tan. The season starts in autumn and winter, because anyone who wants smooth skin by summer has to start a series now. The agent explains the series and books a patch test; questions about medication and pregnancy go to the practitioner.
Cosmeticians and facials
Clients send a photo of their skin and ask "what would suit me?". The agent does not diagnose from a photo: it explains which treatments you offer and their price range, and books a skin consultation with you. If you also sell products, it sends a link to the exact one.
Nails
Fills every few weeks, and before Rosh Hashanah and Passover the whole calendar fills up at once. The agent offers the next appointment at the end of the chat, and in the weeks before a holiday it offers the slots that are left instead of letting the message wait until you have a free moment.
Brows and lashes
Lash lifts, brow shaping and permanent makeup. In wedding season brides book months ahead, sometimes with their mother and friends. The agent collects the event date, the number of people and a trial appointment, and sends you a tidy request.
Hair salons
The price of colour or a straightening treatment depends on hair length and condition. The agent asks the right questions, asks for a photo when needed and gives a range, instead of an exact price that turns into a surprise at the till. Before the holidays it handles the rush for you.
Barbershops
Short appointments, young clients who message on Instagram at midnight, and a Thursday-Friday rush. The agent fills the gaps in the calendar and, for clients who agreed to it, sends a reminder when the next haircut is due.

Where the agent stops
The agent answers, sells and books, but it is not a practitioner. It gives no medical advice and does not assess skin from a photo. Botox and hyaluronic fillers are medical treatments performed by a doctor, so a beauty salon's agent neither sells nor books them: it says plainly that the salon does not offer them, or passes the client to the doctor you work with. Questions about laser contraindications, such as pregnancy, Roaccutane, medication that increases sensitivity to light or a fresh tan, go to the practitioner, who decides after a consultation or a patch test. The agent quotes your cancellation and deposit policy exactly as you wrote it, without promising refunds or exceptions, and making sure the policy complies with Israel's Consumer Protection Law remains your responsibility. Finally, a reminder about a booked appointment is a service message, but a holiday offer or a "we haven't seen you in a while" message is advertising under section 30A of the Communications Law: those go only to people who gave explicit consent, with a simple way to opt out.

Frequently asked questions
What does the agent say when someone asks "how much is it?"
Whatever your price list says. When the price depends on the area, hair length or the number of sessions, the agent first asks a question or two and then gives a range, just as you would on the phone. It offers deals and packages only if you set them up, and it never lowers a price on its own.
And what about "does it hurt?" and "how many sessions will I need?"
These are the questions laser studios get most, so we write the answer with you in advance, in your own words: what it feels like, how long a session takes, how many sessions a series usually needs and why that varies from client to client. Once the question becomes personal, such as sensitive skin or medication, the agent offers a patch test or an intro visit instead of answering for the practitioner.
Does the agent know which slots are free?
When the calendar is connected, yes: it sees real availability and offers only slots that fit the length of the treatment. EasyBizy has an API that supports full booking, and we build the connector for each client. Google Calendar and the calendars in WhaleBiz CRM connect directly. If you work with Tor4You or another system without an open connection, the agent collects the treatment and the days and times that suit the client and passes them to you, and in that case it does not name a time that has not been booked yet.
We don't want the agent to book on its own. Is that possible?
Absolutely, and some studios work exactly like that: one receptionist assigns appointments across rooms and devices and wants to keep doing it herself. In that case the agent brings the client to the point where she knows the treatment, the price and that a deposit is needed, then hands the chat to the receptionist with a summary. All that is left is to pick a time.
How does the deposit work?
The agent sends a payment link inside the chat, with the amount and terms you set, and marks in the CRM who has paid. In-chat payments are part of the Business plan. On the other plans the agent explains your deposit policy and passes the collection to you. Full details are on the pricing page.
What happens when a client wants to cancel or reschedule?
The agent handles it in the same chat: it offers another slot and, if a deposit was paid, explains what happens to it under the cancellation policy you wrote. It does not promise a refund your policy does not allow and does not decide on exceptions; requests like that go to you.
Are Instagram and WhatsApp included?
WhatsApp and calendar booking start on the Standard plan. Replies in Instagram and Facebook DMs and in-chat payments are part of the Business plan. If you are just starting out, you can begin with the website widget. What each plan includes is on the pricing page.
What about Botox and fillers?
Those are medical treatments performed by doctors, and this page does not cover them. In a beauty salon's agent we set it up so that it neither sells nor books injections, and it tells the client so plainly. If you are a medical aesthetics clinic, we have a separate page for clinics.
What happens in a busy season?
That is when the agent is worth the most. Before the holidays, at the start of laser season in autumn and during wedding season, messages arrive in waves, exactly when you have no time to answer. The agent answers everyone at once, fills the remaining slots and passes you only what needs your decision.
Do you also handle Instagram and ads?
Yes, on request. Beyond the agent we create content and reels for Instagram, manage your Google Business Profile and ask clients for a review after a visit that took place, run campaigns and build landing pages. The price is set after a short check-up of your business, because every salon needs something different.
Can the agent answer in Russian and English too?
Yes. It answers in whatever language the client writes in, Russian, English and Arabic included, voice messages too. In Hebrew and Russian it uses gender-neutral wording until it is clear whether it is talking to a woman or a man, then switches to the right form.
Want your calendar to fill up while you're mid-treatment?
