WhaleBiz Pricing: An Autonomous Sales System for Your Business

An "AI Message" is any message generated and sent by your agent (AI response). Incoming messages from your customers are not counted. An agent reply to a voice message, image or file counts as one message too - we do not double-count media. If you exceed your monthly quota, conversations are not blocked; the overage is billed transparently at your plan rate: ₪0.45 per message on Start, ₪0.38 on Standard and ₪0.32 on Business.

Start (₪190/month + ₪990 setup) is for businesses just getting going: one agent on one channel - website widget or Telegram - that answers customers, collects enquiries and hands the conversation to your employee. 500 AI messages per month, a knowledge base of up to 5 documents, and WhaleBiz CRM. It does not include WhatsApp or calendar booking. Standard (₪490/month + ₪1,990 setup) is the most popular plan: everything in Start plus WhatsApp via the official Meta API (up to 2 channels), calendar booking on up to 2 calendars, sending photos and documents up to 100 files, a knowledge base of up to 15 documents, 1,800 messages, analytics and Excel export. Business (₪990/month + ₪2,990 setup): everything in Standard plus up to 3 agents and up to 3 channels including Facebook and Instagram, in-chat payments, up to 4 calendars, up to 500 media files, a knowledge base of up to 45 documents, 4,000 messages, team management and permissions, an AI assistant inside the system, API access and webhooks, priority support and a monthly report.

We start with a short scoping call. The setup fee is fixed per plan - ₪990 on Start, ₪1,990 on Standard and ₪2,990 on Business - and is paid before work begins, in a single payment. Our team then builds your agent: up to 5 business days on Start, 14 on Standard and 21 on Business, counted from the moment we receive all your materials and access, not from payment. The monthly subscription starts only on the day your agent goes live - you see a working product and test it first, and only then start paying monthly. The setup fee is non-refundable, as it covers the setup work.

You send us a request and we do it. Such a request is called a change, and you get 2 changes per month on Start, 5 on Standard and 10 on Business. A change is, for example, swapping prices or opening hours, changing the wording of an answer, adding a document to the knowledge base, or changing a question the agent asks or an existing follow-up rule. In the first month after go-live you also get revision rounds (1 / 2 / 3 by plan) to tune the agent against real customers. Anything you change yourself in the system - automations, follow-ups, fields and views - is completely free and unlimited. Integrations and brand-new processes are quoted separately, and we tell you the price before we start.

No. Fixing faults is always free, on every plan and regardless of your change quota: agent not replying, an enquiry not saved, calendar not syncing, a file not sent - we fix it immediately and at no charge. The quota applies only to changes you request, never to faults.

Yes - unlimited, on every plan, both the number of runs and whatever you set up yourself in the system. A follow-up is the agent coming back on its own to a customer who did not reply; an automation is something that happens by itself around the conversation: a calendar booking with a confirmation email, a team notification, a status change. For every new enquiry you get an email with an AI summary. Unlike most platforms on the market, we have no run meters and no extra charge for automations. During setup we build 1 automation on Start, 2 on Standard and 3 on Business, and beyond that you build your own without limits or ask us.

Our pricing is completely transparent. Beyond the monthly subscription there is a one-time setup fee per plan (₪990 / ₪1,990 / ₪2,990). The subscription includes all AI tokens, server maintenance and platform updates. Two things are not included: Meta's WhatsApp message fees, paid directly to them (Meta does not charge for incoming customer-initiated messages, only for outbound business-initiated ones), and work beyond your monthly change quota - which is always quoted and approved before anything starts.

Yes, there is no long-term commitment. You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made.

Our agents understand and process voice messages (audio recordings) sent by customers on every plan. Sending files, images, videos and documents from the agent to the customer is available on Standard (up to 100 files) and Business (up to 500 files). An agent reply to a voice message, image or file counts as a single message against your quota, exactly like a text reply.

All information, leads, and conversation history belong exclusively to you. If you cancel, you can easily export all your data from the WhaleBiz CRM system at any time.

Our voice AI widget is in beta and available on request on the Business plan and on custom projects, priced separately. It is a unique widget that combines text and voice in a single chat - customers can speak to it, receive voice or text responses, continue typing, and then switch back to speaking, all within the same continuous conversation.
