A newsletter system for businesses: email newsletters and WhatsApp broadcasts from your CRM
The newsletter system is part of the WhaleBiz autonomous sales system, and it sends email newsletters and WhatsApp broadcasts from one place, straight from the CRM. The AI writes each issue from the content you already publish in articles and on social, it goes only to people who opted in, and whoever replies lands with the AI agent. You approve in one message.
What the newsletter system does
Email newsletters from the same content
The week's articles, videos and posts become a short issue with a headline, a summary and a link. Nothing is written twice and nobody hunts for something to send.
WhatsApp broadcasts
A short WhatsApp message to customers who opted in, using templates Meta approves in advance, sent through WhatsApp's business interface and not from a personal phone.
Segments from the CRM
Send by what you already know about each customer: which service they asked about, where they are in the funnel, where they came from. Existing customers and open leads do not get the same letter.
Consent and one-click unsubscribe
Messages go only to people who opted in, every one carries a simple unsubscribe, and the unsubscribe is saved on the customer card, in line with Israel's anti-spam law.
Opens and clicks per link
See how many opened, which link they clicked and who wrote back. The numbers land on the same screen as your ads and social.
A click that becomes a conversation
A link in the newsletter can open a chat on WhatsApp or your website, where the AI agent answers, books an appointment and logs the enquiry in the CRM.
A newsletter is not a follow-up
A newsletter is news for everyone who opted in, with an unsubscribe. A follow-up is a personal message to one customer by a rule, say two days after an enquiry that did not close, and it lives in the platform's automations.
Any language
The AI writes each issue in the language your audience reads, and each segment can get its own language version.
How it works
- 1
We connect your customer list from the CRM and check who opted in. Anyone who did not stays off the list.
- 2
The AI prepares the issue from the week's content and suggests the segment and the channel: email, WhatsApp or both.
- 3
You approve in one message: send, cancel or change.
- 4
The issue goes out, and every unsubscribe updates the customer card automatically.
- 5
Opens, clicks and conversations started from the newsletter go into the weekly summary, which decides what goes in the next issue.
Connected to sales, not another tool on the side
In many businesses the mailing list lives in one tool, the leads in another and the numbers in a third. Here it is one system, so the newsletter knows who it went to and what happened after.
- 1
Contacts come from the CRM: people who wrote to the agent on WhatsApp or your website and agreed to receive updates.
- 2
Whoever clicks a link or replies to a message lands in a conversation with the AI agent, which can answer, book an appointment and send a payment link.
- 3
An unsubscribe is saved on the customer card, so no tool in the system sends that person a newsletter again.
- 4
Opens and clicks show up in analytics next to ads and social, so you see whether a newsletter brings enquiries or only opens.
Newsletters go only to people who agreed to receive them. For WhatsApp broadcasts, Meta charges its own fee for marketing messages, separately from us.

Newsletter system FAQ
What is the best newsletter system for a small business?
A regular email tool sends letters well. The difference here is that the list, the content and the results sit in the same system as the conversations and leads: you know whom to send to by what they asked, and you see whether the newsletter brought enquiries and bookings, not only opens. If you already have a tool you are happy with, the check-up will show whether switching is worth it.
What is the difference between an email newsletter and a WhatsApp broadcast?
Email suits a longer issue with several links, and sending it costs almost nothing per message. WhatsApp suits a short update people see quickly, but it goes out only in templates Meta approves in advance, and Meta charges for each marketing message. Either way, only people who opted in receive it.
How do you build a WhatsApp broadcast list without getting the number blocked?
Send through WhatsApp's business interface, not from a regular phone or an unofficial app, only to people who opted in, and in templates Meta has approved. Every reply lands in a conversation with the agent and in the CRM, and every opt-out is honoured right away.
What is the difference between a newsletter and a follow-up?
A newsletter is news for everyone who opted in, sent at the same time, with an unsubscribe in every message. A follow-up is a personal message to one customer by a rule, for example a reminder to someone who asked for a quote and went quiet. Follow-ups are set in the platform's automations, the newsletter goes out from here.
What does the law say about emailing customers?
Under Israel's anti-spam law (section 30A of the Communications Law) you may send advertising by email, SMS or WhatsApp only to people who gave explicit prior consent, with a narrow exception for existing customers under the conditions the law sets. Every message must be marked as advertising (in email, the Hebrew word for advertisement at the start of the subject line), identify the sender and offer a simple unsubscribe. The system stores consent on the customer card and honours every unsubscribe automatically. This is not legal advice, for a specific case check with a lawyer.
Can we bring a mailing list we already have?
Yes. Contacts move into the CRM together with a record of when and how each one consented. Anyone without a consent record gets nothing until they confirm again.
How much does a newsletter system cost?
It depends on the size of the list, how often you send and whether you want WhatsApp broadcasts too. A free business check-up tells us what you need and we give you a price. For marketing WhatsApp messages, Meta's fee is separate.
