Our Philosophy: One Clear Price, No Fine Print

We chose a third way: a fixed monthly subscription that includes the AI tokens and the CRM, alongside a transparent one-time setup fee (from ₪490) confirmed upfront.

An "AI message" is any reply your agent sends to a customer. Incoming messages from your customers are not counted. An average customer conversation involves 6-7 agent replies - meaning the Solo quota covers roughly 300 full conversations per month, about 10 inquiries a day.

Overages and External Costs: Transparency Here Too

Exceeded your message quota? Conversations never stop. Every message beyond the quota is billed at a fixed, known-in-advance rate: ₪0.30 on Solo, ₪0.25 on Pro.

Meta (WhatsApp) fees: We work exclusively with Meta's official API. Meta's message fees are paid directly to them - and importantly, Meta does not charge for incoming customer-initiated messages, only for outbound business-initiated ones.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I start with the Solo plan? Absolutely. Solo (₪490/month excl. VAT) is the perfect entry point: one AI agent on one channel of your choice, up to 2,000 AI messages per month, and WhaleBiz CRM included. You can upgrade to Pro at any time.

What happens if I exceed the monthly message quota? Conversations are never blocked. Overages are billed transparently at your plan's rate: ₪0.30 per message on Solo and ₪0.25 per message on Pro.

How much does agent setup cost? A one-time setup fee from ₪490, based on the setup scope - elsewhere this service typically costs from ₪3,500. Full setup is done by our team and takes up to 14 business days from receiving all your materials, and a project manager contacts you within 24 hours of payment.

Can I cancel the subscription? Yes, at any time, with no fixed-term commitment. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the prepaid month.

Is the CRM really included in every plan? Yes. WhaleBiz CRM is included in every plan, including Solo - every conversation and every lead is saved automatically, and the data belongs exclusively to you.
