Our Philosophy: One Clear Price, No Fine Print

Israeli small and medium businesses are used to two frustrating models: agencies that charge thousands of shekels for one-time setup, and DIY tools that look cheap - until you discover that setup, maintenance, and training are all on you. We chose a third way: a fixed monthly subscription that includes the AI tokens and the CRM, alongside a transparent one-time setup fee confirmed upfront.

An "AI message" is any reply your agent sends to a customer. Incoming messages from your customers are not counted. An average customer conversation involves 6-7 agent replies, which makes it easy to estimate how many conversations fit into each plan's quota.

• 📱 WhaleBiz CRM. Every conversation and every lead saved automatically, with full history. The data belongs to you.
• 🌍 Automatic multilingual support. The agent detects the customer's language and replies in it - Hebrew, Russian, English, Arabic and more.
• 🎙️ Voice message understanding, plus sending and receiving images, videos and documents directly in the conversation.
• 🔓 No commitment. Cancel anytime, effective at the end of the prepaid month.

Overages and External Costs: Transparency Here Too

Exceeded your message quota? Conversations never stop. Every message beyond the quota is billed at a fixed, known-in-advance rate: the rate published for your plan.

Meta (WhatsApp) fees: We work exclusively with Meta's official API. Meta's message fees are paid directly to them - and importantly, Meta does not charge for the messages your customers send. Since 1 October 2026 your replies inside the 24-hour window are also charged per message, after a free monthly allowance per number; a chat opened from a Click-to-WhatsApp ad stays free for 72 hours.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I start with the Standard plan? Absolutely. Standard is the perfect entry point: one AI agent on channels including WhatsApp, a monthly AI message quota, and WhaleBiz CRM included. You can upgrade to Business at any time.

What happens if I exceed the monthly message quota? Conversations are never blocked. Overages are billed transparently at your plan's rate.

How much does agent setup cost? A one-time setup fee, based on the setup scope - elsewhere this service typically costs from ₪3,500. Full setup is done by our team and the setup time is counted from receiving all your materials, and a project manager contacts you within 24 hours of payment.

Can I cancel the subscription? Yes, at any time, with no fixed-term commitment. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the prepaid month.

Is the CRM really included in every plan? Yes. WhaleBiz CRM is included in every plan, including Standard - every conversation and every lead is saved automatically, and the data belongs exclusively to you.
